Decent laptop to replace desktop PC?

Hi, I want to replace my desktop PC that has an r5 5600x and a 3060ti with a gaming laptop (preferably with a 3070ti+). I don't play very graphics intensive games nor do I have a big screen with a huge resolution (1080p and probably a second 1440p/2k in the future), so I don't need a beast, just something to try newer games when they come out.

I don't care about size cause it'll be always on my desk (is it too bad if I keep it closed?). But I do want usb-c cause I usually connect quite a few things (including LAN). I'll buy a sound interface, I'll connect a dslr camera as a webcam, printer, KVM and stuff.

Any alternatives?
