Keeps saying Apple ID is incorrect

I got iAny Go and downloaded the Mac assistant in order to use it on my phone and when I try to simply login to my Apple ID, I just changed the password, it keeps saying its incorrect and I am unable to do anything to use it without getting past this step. Has anyone else had this problem/any fixes available?
