Pregnancy Discrimination

Feeling so sad, I am about 33 weeks pregnant. I left a job back in April for a job I hated, left that and have been applying rigorously. I finally got a job offer early this week with even higher compensation than what I placed on my salary expectations because I was the top candidate. They were very positive and proactive to move forward and after signing the offer letter and disclosing my pregnancy, I think I’m being ghosted.

I just want to email them to say I’m okay not moving forward since it seems to have impacted the momentum of their excitement. It’s only been a day since signing the offer letter/sharing the news but they were pretty proactive throughout the interview process/positive about their thoughts of me.
