Please for the love of god how do I get water out of my ear

I’ve tugged, yawned, shaked, pulled lobe and moved jaw around, I’ve been laying on my side for nearly an hour, I’ve tried a hairdryer, a heating pad, a handstand, chewing gum, gargling salt water…it’s excruciating….like I’m considering urgent care it hurts SO bad
