Anaconda repeating message won't stop even after changing swallow_startup_errors to true

I keep getting this message in my console:

If anaconda works just fine after you received this error and the command above worked you can make anaconda to do not show you this error anymore setting the 'swallow_startup_errors' to 'true' in your configuration file.

I have set the line to true in both the default settings as well as user settings and it won't stop popping up. I also am unaware as how to find anaconda config files anywhere on my computer.

I am very new to coding and am starting on Python so I may be missing a very easy detail, but again I am unsure.
