DLC doesn’t work

Hey guys so I’ve preordered the DLC defeated Mohg, Radahn and installed the DLC. Now when I go to Mohgs palace the NPC isn’t there nor can I interact with Miquella. I’ve browsed this subreddit for answers and found some, I’ve tried installing it from the PSN Store, the PSN Store in the main menu of Elden Ring, restarted my PS5 multiple times, I got the preorder emote but no access to npc or interaction option, anyone have any updates or advice for this?
