2017 Giulia Ti sunroof vent won't close on back passenger side
Sunroof vent not closing on the back passenger side, which after some research online does not seem to be a rare occurrence with these cars. I noticed on that side, the part the red arrow points to is not fully inside the part the blue arrow points to (found this image online, couldn't get a good pic). Has anyone else noticed the same? There are some scratches on the red part so I'm not sure if it just detached or if the alignment is now off. Also, on the passenger side, the tracks and rails were significantly dry whereas the other side was still covered in lubricant gel. I have tried the re-initializing steps from the owners manual and I sprayed red grease on the tracks and rails but no luck so far. Any insight would be greatly appreciated before I give in and take it to the dealership.
