Upgrade options for X-Smart 3

Just got a X-Smart 3 2nd hand that's missing the extruder.

Are there any upgrade paths I can take with this printer, or am I stuck buying a new extruder? I wouldn't mind doing a Hero Me Gen 7 type build for it but am open to any type of 3rd party upgrades to the toolhead.
