put on wellbutrin for binge eating

hello all. 23F 160LBS. I got on a medication for BINGE EATING and I thought i was going to be put on concerta as ive used it in the past but I was instead put on wellbutrin. I'm on day 5 and feel no real changes in appetite. I'm on 150MG. should I up it? should I ask to switch to concerta? should I be taking it without food? Is it because I'm currently in my luteal phase if that matters
