Combined Adult Education and HRD vs pure HRD program

Off-Topic / Other

For general HR career prospects would either be more preferred for a master's degree? 50% more courses related to adult education (learning, teaching) or 50% more courses related to pure HR topics (comp, management, selection, etc). Either would be free for me. In the future, I'd like to find work that intersects OBHR and change management. I'm really not sure if I'll pursue academia and go for a PhD down the line.
