Couple of questions regarding PGA home edition

We have a golden tee PGA edition.

• It always says we’re online but most of the time when we try to log in, there’s a loading spiral of death and then the whole system reboots. Do we get a WiFi extender to solve this problem? Or is this a hard drive issue?

We’re used to the regular GT system at our local bar and we have this (annoying not really a problem) issue with the PGA version- There’s a 1-2 second delay between hitting the trackball and the screen showing our hit.
