Need shovel for Art Studio

Tried to place an Art Studio but said I needed a shovel. I know there's an upcoming quest for the Sand Pit that requires finding shovels but it says they can be found in the mine. What mine? The caves are called Mysterious Caves, the stone "mines" are called Quarries....

The vagueness of GameInsight is frustrating and frankly irritating. There's no real reason why they don't have a better Quest "Tree", as well as general info for finding bits and pieces.
