Can I quick ship?

I am currently booked as an HVAC for September 16 however, I reach out to my recruiter that I need to be shipped out sooner than that. he called me three days ago saying that he could get me a job as a security for us next week I just wanna make sure if that is true and can I be shipped out sooner than my date of shipment?
