Are Muricans really that brain-rot?

Please don’t get me wrong, I’m sure you have plenty of well educated ppl too, but according to social media at least 50% of Muricans are acting like delusional, brain-rot cult members who think the US is the center of the galaxy… is that really true or is it just the usual “the dumbest ones are the loudest”?
