Necro Vampire Build

Hey guys, fairly new to ESO and really wanting to try out a Necro Vampire build, however every build i find online is referencing an old skill for sacrificial bones. And it seemed to be a core component of the DPS output of the builds. So what's an alternative build now any information would be appreciated, cheers.
