Does anyone run a high level do it all build?

Hey all,

I have 5 builds over level 150 however I'm considering going as high level as needed to have high strength, dex, faith and arcane so that I can swap between builds without respeccing depending what I'm feeling and then just keep NG+ing for a PvE build.

Does anyone else do this or do they just stick with having different characters for different builds?

I've just realised how effective the Sacred Relic Sword is fro rune farming so it wouldn't take very long to get to level 300ish. And to anyone that does this, do you still get duals at these levels? All good if not, I can always use other builds for dedicated PvP.
