Help sourcing parts for Dominion Arms Kodiak Super Shorty

As the title states, I need a new forend but haven’t the slightest clue what will fit it, or where to buy a replacement. It won’t take a 870 forend as I believe these were the ones Canada Ammo had made in Turkey.
