Help interpreting colposcopy

31 Female, abnormal pap in February. Sent for colposcopy in June. Results:

DIAGNOSIS A. Endocervix, curettage: -Rare fragments of high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)/cervical intraepithelial neoplasia-2/3 (CIN-2/3).

Microscopic Description The HSIL has strong, block-positive staining for p16.

I understand my GP will eventually go over this with me but I do not see them for another 4 weeks. Hoping to understand a little better.
