I need help to find a fanfic

I don't really remember much about it but there was this scene at Slughorn's yule party. Harry takes Luna, for some reason Hermione takes Cormac Maclaggen and harry talks about some article (?) refering to the goblins, impress some important people then talks about SPEW and the next day there is an article about all that in the news paper with a lot of people wanting to be part of SPEW.
