Interning for a brokerage right now that I’d love to be a producer in, but for the most part they only do experienced hires. What are the best brokerages for beginner producers?

Interested in P&C. I’m interning in Corp Dev of a large brokerage but love sales and am seeing the oppurtunity for new kids in the industry to make a big impact. That being said, I’d love to hear what brokerages (Marsh, Aon, Gallagher) are friendly to those with no experience.
