What are some good countries that offer XR design/ Art+Tech courses? (Apart from USA) Please suggest universities.

I’m looking forward to apply for masters in XR design or any art+tech courses that have specialisations in VR, AR and immersive experience technologies. But most of the unis I’ve found are US based which I’m not interested in. Please suggest some other countries and universities that have good courses in such subjects.
