Is the Ulike air10 ipl handset really a steal deal compared to other pricier brands?

So I've been doing some personal research on ipl hair removal handsets now that everyone is using them because I figured I should probably buy one, they make hair removal bearable. 

I have been trying to deal with  hirsutism for a long time now and it's been so frustrating. The price differences between some of the top brands are pretty surprising-doesn’t make much sense for me.

Take the popular Braun Silk-Expert Pro 5 - that device is going for $379. Or the JOVS X 3-in-1, which will set you back a whopping $399! And those are the discounted prices. 

Funny thing is that the Air 10 seems to be  on the premium side too and it is available for just $279. I mean, is this thing a good hair removal handset or is it a scam? I’ve seen some endorsements by some reviewers(even Kim Kardeshian, lol) but they seem promoted . Anyone using this handset? coz if it's good I would like to save some buck rather than getting ripped off with something like the braun.  TIA!
