no clue what’s going on w my kitty

I got my two cats as twins when they were born from a family friend, they are 11. now Cal, he got outside through my dad’s room TWICE because he has a broken screen in his window. Ever since then he has been meowing and scratching at the door until the point of him beating up his face and making it bl33d from scratching on the door and nudging it with his face. We put a fan infront of the door so he dosent do it anymore, but he still try’s when he finds the chance. But he still yowls ONLY at night to get inside his room, he couldn’t have gotten a cat pregnant since he is neutered. He has always been the bullied cat of the house, his brothers and sisters never want to cuddle and if he gets to close they will smack him and they often just pick on him.

I honestly don’t know what is going on with him and want to know if anyone has had a similar situation . I try to give him as much attention as possible since he is bullied, but the behavior is relatively new (1 month to 3 weeks it’s been going on.) If anyone has any idea on what’s going on please let me know! And tell me if ur cat has had similar issue. Thanks
