A/C pump seized?

2004 Nissan Xterra 3.3 N/A, I finally decided the weather was too hot to ignore it. I can see the A/C clutch engaging but not turning. I’m getting 12V to the connector and just wanted to double check before I went ahead and replaced the whole thing. I can turn the pump by hand, but it’s pretty chewy feeling. TIA.
