Going to my first even WSOP event this weekend, looking for advice on timelines

Hey guys, im headed to the WSOP colossus this weekend (yea, its not one of the cool events I know lol) but Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for how early i should show up to make sure im in on time, if i could pick up my ticket the day before, or any other things I may not be considering to make my day not kick off annoying. Appreciate it!
