Can’t express the right emotion about a situation
I’m really struggling to express how I feel about something my roommates did. I’m not good with emotions, showing them or explaining them. But basically they went behind my back in an intervention type for some mental and physical struggles I’m having. What makes it worse is that they involved the dean of my university and so now I am being tracked and have a mandatory meeting. I don’t understand why they didn’t talk to me first about involving higher people. The only thing I can express is anger. I’m mad at them and myself, but I know it’s more complex than anger. It’s not an anger I’ve felt before. I can’t describe it and so I can’t communicate to them properly how it’s affected me. What do I do to figure out articulating this?
