I 130- 485 question

Hi! I (Canadian) married my husband (American) in Canada in December. I came for a visit in April and after my 2 week trip was almost over we decided we can’t live apart anymore. We are now planning on filing an I 130 and I 485! We are doing it ourselves and im finding it overwhelming! Questions so far: -I only have my mom on my birth certificate, so what do I put when it says parent 2?

• when it says the date I last worked, it’s after I left because I was still on the payroll and planning to come back to Canada, so do I put the actual last day I worked or the date I told my boss I wasn’t coming back?
• For the last date I lived at my place in Canada, I do the last day I payed rent right? So last month?
