Windows mouse randomly appears mid game as if I am alt-tabbing.

This issue started a few months ago so it wasnt due to the latest patch. Pretty much what happens is serval times per round, The windows mouse appears and takes control and I can't aim, almost as if im alt-tabbing even though im not. Anyone experience this or knows of a potential fix?
