Can you back out of a quote? (Conveyancing)

England based.

We are in the process of selling our house and just put an offer on another one. For the sale of our house, we are with solicitor A. The agent from the house we are buying offered us to go with solicitor B.

My partner and I had a misunderstanding and I accepted the quote from solicitor B.

Can we back out of this quote and continue with solicitor A or are we stuck with solicitor B?
