Marriage in war times

Al salamo 3leikom everyone, hope you all are okay and families are safe. I’m a 29 years old male, currently residing in the Uk. Marriage was priority until this war broke out and basically life turned upside down. That is to say economically situation has worsened whereby I’m now basically supporting my family back home and some distant family abroad. Not only that but having no family here adds insult to the injury.

Question to the girls mainly (any input from guys who got married lately also welcome); How much are you willing to sacrifice to make marriage in these circumstances work? And have standards dropped to a somewhat acceptable level to make marriage easier and make it work? Or is it still the same as what it used to be pre-war?
