Why didn't Miquella send someone to finish the job?

He could have sent Malenia again, Mogh (since he was charmed at some point) or at least a champion to take part in the Radahn festival.

There was some time between The Battle of Aeonia and his journey to the Lands of Shadows, so it was possible i suppose?
