[misc] just had a chemical peel... and i popped my sebaceous filaments.

Okay so I had a chemical peel 5 days ago. The peel has since peeled drastically on most the areas of my skin. The skin which peeled on the nose has peeled already... just bits on the forehead and the sides of the face which haven't peeled off completely yet. Not being able to rub an oil cleanser on my face for so many days because I had a chemical peel drove me crazy as it allowed sebaceous filaments to fill so far in my nose pores that they began stretching out the pores to fill more of the clogged material (or so it seemed!!). I decided to pop them out today, not with an oil cleanser, but with my bare hands. How screwed am i? what should i do now?
