Ordered dress not shipping

Has anyone ever Bought a dress ( or know of someone who has ) on still white and never received it? It's been two weeks and I am trying not to get worried. I completely understand Thing happen and the girl is very nice when she responds back to me. She told me on different occasions she was going to ship my dress the next day. After about a week I asked for tracking Then she said the finally did ship it sent tracking but tracking showed it wasnt made until midnight so I'm assuming just label bought then. That was a few days ago and still says carrier service doesn't have possession of package although she says she shipped it. Should I be concerned? I would love this dress and it was a great deal but I definitely don't want to be scammed or out the money either and I'm starting to get anxious. I was wondering if anyone else has had any experiences like this. Thanks so much
