What are some toxic Boomer takes about residency in general that has and will always persist because there is truth behind it?
Can be a take, or a toxic trait, piece of advice you've been given from a boomer attending (or just a perspective/trait thats common among boomer doctors) that is starting to get some resistance/ prompted change in culture from newer generation of doctors, but you've actually come to find out you agree with and adapted? perhaps its something that you've always agreed with?
