M2 Pro 12.9” vs M4 Pro 11”

I recently purchased the M2 pro 12.9”. I’m enjoying it so far, but it does seem a little large for “tablet” use. When it is on the Magic Keyboard it works great and I love the screen real estate, but when it’s being used as a tablet it’s a little heavy and large.

I’m a teacher so it’s used at the school for notes, slides and classroom music. At home it’s used for content consumption and drawing mostly.

Is there anyone who switched from the 12.9” iPad M2 to the 11” M4? Anyone with a similar situation?

Price wise it would be almost the same. I could basically return the keyboard, pencil, and iPad I got, and it wouldn’t be much more to switch to the M4 11” and all of its pieces with education saving.

Any thoughts?
