What should I do? (18M and 18M)

Hi! So, I'm 18 M and was flirting with another 18 M that i've known for a long long time. We've been friends like a year and always kind of flirted but he recently confided in me that he was bi and so we started talking about relationships and stuff and he showed genuine interest in me or atleast I thought.

He basically was saying stuff like "I need to hold you" and "I want your kisses" and saying all this stuff about how he loves me. To be honest i've always been vunerable when it comes with being used by men as most have just used me for my body. So for some reason, I trusted it and we exchanged photos if ykwim.

The next day, he acted as if nothing even happened and hasn't showed me any kind of attention or anything that he was saying the previous two days. It's pretty clear he dosen't want anything to do with it. The thing is, he knows about my history with being used by men for photos and still continued to do the same thing.

So my question is, should I confront him and tell him how I feel or just accept the fact that i've once again been taken advantage of?
