Need £50 for essentials

Hi all, my gas company took more out than they were supposed to and told me that it won't be back in my account for 3-5 working days. I'm down to my last £2 on my electric meter, and I don't get paid until Tuesday. I'm also running low on my kiddos safe foods (mostly fresh fruit and vegetables due to sensory issues) I can survive on bread and pasta but she just can't eat them.
