When they discard you and you ignore them back, what do they feel

I’m trying so hard to not react I feel stupid for unfollowing him bc if he sees it it’ll be obvious I was moved by his hot and coldness. I read so much in this thread that giving them a reaction is just a way to boost their ego and I don’t wanna do that anymore
