Fixing the past

Mental Health Advice

Lately, I’ve been having an existential crisis regarding my future (career, family, etc.) and struggle to make big moves without feeling alone and that I have no safety net. One of the things poking around in my head is that I’ve lost so many people already and am afraid to lose more if I move forward. To fix this, I have been considering reaching out to people from my past in order to just see how they are and repair any bridges I may have burned along the way (maybe even rekindle friendships). Is this a foolish idea since it keeps my mind in the past? Or should I let sleeping dogs lie and keeping moving on?
