When withdrawing cash it’s a good idea to record. You are 100% on your own if there’s a problem.

Take for example the machine software freezes right when it’s supposed to dispense money.

Happened to me where I got the receipt but no cash. They “researched” the issue and declared my claim as false. Absolute BS.
