I Need to Stop.

I use Tim Hortons for the convenience, but I really need to stop now. The staff at my local one are friendly but the service is now shocking. My order has been wrong on the last 7 occasions. From adding egg when I explicitly asked not to, no cream cheese on the bagel, the wrong item. It goes on and on. Too bad as when I moved to Canada 20 years ago it was excellent.
