I need some refund help please

Hey all really weird thing happened today So I ordered something from ulta with afterpay and then I had an allergic reaction to the products. So I went in store to refund and they wouldn’t let me get a refund because I was apparently at the refund limit and I would need to contact afterpay. Well it’s been hours and I haven’t been getting responses and idk what to do at this point :/ So then I contacted Ulta via text and then they said I had returned 7 items within 2024 and they were flagging my account. Even though I had the receipt and stuff every single time? They’re just saying “just pay for shipping if you want the refund” bro it’s not my fault I had an allergic reaction to something? I’m kinda pissed wTF So yeah if anyone has any insight?
