Discrete Audio Recording App

Need an app to record audio without showing indicators on the lock screen (14 Pro Max)

I’m in a single party jurisdiction where as long as one person knows they’re being recorded, it’s legal. I’ve been invited to a meeting while conducting a lawsuit where I expect the tangentially related person I’m meeting will be operating under false pretenses. I’ve poked around on the App Store but found nothing useful. Are there any apps out there that I can set to record audio without showing anything on the lock screen?

The last question I saw like this was from six years ago and not helpful, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
