Good orthodontist for repairing a permanent retainer?

I have a permanent retainer and the glue that bonds it to my teeth popped off of one of my teeth while flossing— it’s otherwise all in place and in tact. I’ve been calling around but most of the orthodontists I’ve called don’t offer permanent retainer repair services, or they want to charge me several hundred bucks. Anyone have any recommendations for an orthodontist that actually repairs permanent retainers and is at least somewhat affordable? I’m in the Noho area, but it doesn’t matter to me if it’s super close.
