Boot from iSCSI UEFI Boot

SCALE

I currently have my Dell R620's booting from iSCSI in Legacy Boot mode. Everything works great. I am upgrading to some R630's and wanted to use the UEFI boot, but am running into an issue and I'm not sure how to figure out how to proceed.

The Target Boot LUN calls for the following:

"Target LUN for this iSCSI connection. The value format is a string containing a hexadecimal-encoded representation of the 64-bit SCSI Logical Unit Number in the format described in the T10 SCSI Architecture Model specification. This format consists of four 2-byte fields separated by dashes. In most cases, the human-oriented logical unit number will be in the high-order two bytes and the low-order six bytes will be zero. Examples are: 4752-3A4F-6b7e-2F99, 6734-9-156f-127, 4186-9 or 0"

I'm not familiar with this format or how to determine what the format would be if my LUN ID is 11. Does anyone have experience with this and can possibly point me in the right direction?

I currently have the latest Dragonfish update installed.
