Has anyone dosed their entire tank with APT Fix?

I’ve been battling green hair algae in my tank for a while now and while I’ve managed to keep it to a minimum, the thing just keeps coming back. I know it’s in areas that I cannot see because when I think I’ve pulled it all out, it comes back in a new spot. I remove what I can see manually. I’ve tried lowering my light schedule to 6 hours daily, I don’t overfeed. I do weekly water changes. I’ve done a week long blackout. I tried flourish excel. I hydrogen peroxide dipped plants that I could remove. It still comes back.

I just bought APT fix which I wanted to try before I dump peroxide in the tank. I know you’re supposed to spot treat with it but I kinda just want to dose the whole tank instead. How would I do it?
