HELP!!! Need advice

I had sex with my spouse about 48 hours ago now and my paranoia is increasing, he just left for deployment so I don’t want to risk a pregnancy while I’m alone back at home. While having sex he was wearing a Trojan Spermacidal but he noticed it had slipped halfway off after he had ejaculated. He says he didn’t see any cum on the outside that he could tell, the condom hadn’t broken, and I didn’t feel any stinging or see any leaking after. When he pulled it off the condom seemed realitively suctioned onto him and had some resistance pulling off but were still not sure. I stuck my fingers up there and taste tested, no flavor either. I can’t take a plan B easily because I get horribly ill when I take them for over a month after, and I already have extremely high cortisol levels from adrenal issues that would be affected as well. I’m perfectly healthy and a low but healthy weight in my fertility window so the conditions are right, what’s the liklihood I could get pregnant??? I am in tears, need to know if the pill is right.
