Can I do multiple session races in Single Player.

I want to have a Race (With Qualifying and maybe even a practice session). I like how online servers rotate between a qualifying and race session for example without needing the users to reconnect. Wondering if this is possible offline/single player while maintaining the quali leaderboard for the race.
