Has anyone ever made a giant whoopie pie?

Said I’d make one for a friend, but while I do have a good recipe I’ve only ever made regular 4” ones. Looking to make a 10” for ~25 ppl.

I’ll be testing tomorrow but any tips or tricks from someone who’s been there would be appreciated.
