Looking for a musician/band to surprise my friends🎶

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone who plays music or a band to play a few songs and surprise my friends. I prefer old Rock and Roll songs such as from Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly (inspired by music 140) or any good songs. I can pay for the costs and a meal with budget of $200.

The plan is to do the performance on Wednesday afternoon or evening near the UW campus, and it will on the street or someplace my friends walk by. We start before they come, and it will take about half an hour or so. They won't know what's happening but I'll tell them later (they rarely check reddit as I know, and they don't know this account). And if there are any pedestrians, I hope they can enjoy it too!
